How long do I have to wait before my flooring is fitted?
Usually our lead time is between 3 to 5 days. We are very flexible and in most cases we are able to accommodate emergency fitting services within 2 days notice.
How far do you travel?
We usually operate in London and greater London areas. However, distance is no barrier!!!
What types of flooring do you offer?
We offer a wide range of options including carpet, hardwood, Engineered wood, laminate, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT). We can guide you to the best choice based on room use, foot traffic, budget and much more.
Do you provide in-home consultations or measuring?
Yes. We offer free in-home consultations to measure your space, assess subfloor conditions, and discuss design preferences. We’ll bring samples and provide a written estimate.
What credentials do your installation teams have?
Our installers are trained professionals with industry certifications and ongoing safety and technique training. We supervise every project to ensure quality and consistency.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the product, room size, and layout. Rooms may be finished in few hours; larger projects or complex patterns can take longer. We’ll give you a clear schedule with milestones after measuring your space.
Do you move furniture or remove old flooring?
We typically help to relocate lightweight items and can help coordinate heavy removal and disposal of old flooring at a cost. Some materials or heavy furniture may require additional arrangement; we’ll confirm during your estimate.
Do you offer warranties or guarantees?
Yes. We provide manufacturer warranties on materials and workmanship warranties on installation
Can I see samples in person or take them home?
Absolutely. We bring a curated selection of samples to your home or you can visit our showroom to compare textures, colours, and finishes.
How do I get a price estimate?
Schedule a free in-home measurement or visit our showroom for a no-obligation quote. We provide written estimates with itemised costs, including materials, installation, and any extras.
How should I prepare my space for installation?
Clear the area of small items, remove wall hangings near the work zone, and note any access restrictions. Uplift and dispose of all old carpet/flooring unless this has already been paid for at the point of sale.We’ll provide a pre-install checklist tailored to your project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, bacs transfer and cash where permitted. Details are provided at the estimate stage.
What happens with removal and disposal of old flooring?
We can remove and dispose of old flooring per local regulations. If disposal is not needed, we can coordinate recycling options where available. This is outlined in your estimate.
What happens if there’s an issue after installation?
We stand behind our work with warranties on workmanship and materials. If you notice an issue, contact us and we’ll diagnose and address it immediately.
